I see that LASG has done it again...I healty new addition to the blood sucking LASTMA and Traffic Police!
How many years is it going to take the train allllll the drivers in Lagos in this kind of tiny place?? And yet they seem to have already invested a lot more money in geting the towing vehicles to start making the moolah......surely they can't start enforcing this for at least a year or two....people need to have the chance to go and get trained...

Sir Anony, I think your assessments are wrong. You seem to have gotten the policy detail of recertifying Lagos drivers wrong. recheck ur facts
